  Khatoli Fort is located 50 km's from Sawai Madhopur, where the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve is located.  The fort lies 200 km's west of Jaipur on the banks of the Parvati River and 90 km's from Kota.
 
 
 
  The property is surrounded by a magnificent 600 meter wall. An hour’s walk around the walled Fort takes you through an old village, down to the river's edge and past a cluster of Jain Temples.  
     
   
     
  The Fort dates back to the 17th Century and has a magnificent view over the river.  
     
  Five rooms have been made to accommodate the team of restorers and architects;
complete with air conditioners & a generator, three bathrooms, living room and a kitchen. The covered area of the fort is 60,000 Sq. Ft.
 
     
  The property is ideal for a heritage hotel considering its historical value and proximity to one of Rajasthan's most popular destinations: Ranthambore Tiger Reserve.  
 
 
 
     
 
 
  To date we have 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, one Living/Dining area and a Kitchen all with air conditioning as well as 2 backup Generators and running water.  
 
  These rooms are located outside the main palace and will be used as our accommodations during the restoration work.  
 
 
  All over the Fort and Palace areas these are beautiful details to be seen. Carving and paintings adorn the walls, courtyards and balconies illustrating the glory of the different era.  
 
 
  The Palace rooms are surrounded by exterior courtyards and inner courtyards, with small doors and narrow stairs leading in all different directions.  
 
 
  The property is surrounded by a magnificent 600 meter wall. An hour’s walk around the walled Fort takes you through an old fishing village, down to the river's edge, and past 16th century Jain Temples.
